Route 66 in Middletown closed after a person was hit by a car

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTNH) – Route 66 is closed in Middletown after a pedestrian was hit by a car, according to the Department of Transportation.

Route 66 is closed between High Street and Pearl Street due to the crash.

No additional information was released at this time.
