EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A female is not cooperating with police after being shot in the leg, according to officials.

Police found the female Sunday morning at the Econo Lodge, according to officials. She refused to speak with officers, medial professionals at the scene or any staff at the hospital. Police have also not been able to confirm her identity.

She is expected to survive.
