2 women sought after shoplifting incident at Hamden store

New Haven

Hamden police are looking for two women after a shoplifting incident took place at a store in the town.

According to police, on Tuesday around 8:00 p.m., officials responded to the Kohl’s located at 2380 Dixwell Avenue.

During the investigation, officers learned that two women exited the store with more than $1,000 in stolen clothing.

The women then entered a tan or gold Mercury SUV before leaving the scene.

Anyone with information on the women or on the incident is asked to call Hamden police at 203-230-4030.
