Branford, Conn. (WTNH)- A 55 year old Branford man is hospitalized in serious condition following a scooter accident on Gould Lane on Saturday night. According to police, Robert Milne drove his scooter into the back of a Toyota Tacoma that was stopped in traffic.
Police say, the scooter was heading eastbound on Acorn Road when it hit the other vehicle.
Police say Milne was not wearing a helmut at the the time and was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital by paramedics. No charges were filed against the driver of the Tacoma.
