Crews battle vacant building fire in New Haven

Firefighters in New Haven battled a fire at a vacant building on Wednesday.

According to fire officials, a fire broke out a vacant building on Dwight Street in New Haven on Wednesday. They say a second alarm was called to rotate fire since it is so hot outside. 

Officials say an ambulance was also called to the scene as a precaution.

There is no word on the cause of this fire or if anyone was injured.
