Crews respond to residential fire in New Haven

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday evening crews responded to a reported fire at 361 Blatchely Avenue in New Haven.

Officials say there was reported black smoke coming from the backyard of the address and believe the fire may be primarily on the rear porch of the home.

There is no word yet on the possible damage of the fire or any possible injuries.
