Experience Corps looking for reading volunteers

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A program is calling for volunteers to teach children how to read! 

Experience Corps is looking for people aged 50 and up to tutor children in kindergarten to 3rd grade. 

They would tutor two days a week in participating Hamden, New Haven, and East Haven schools. 

A volunteer informational meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Agency on Aging in New Haven
