Fire crews battle Choate Avenue blaze in Hamden

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Crews responded to a fire that broke out along Choate Avenue in Hamden Wednesday morning.

Hamden Police tell News 8 that the blaze occurred at a home at 787 Choate Avenue.

Few details are being released at this point. There is no word on if anyone was inside the house. No injuries have been reported at this time.News 8 has a crew on the way to the scene. Check back for updates on this story as they come into our newsroom.
