Hamden Public Works to push initiative for conscious composting, reduce food waste

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The town of Hamden is encouraging residents to be less wasteful in regards to food, asking everyone to do their part.

Officials have a new initiative asking others to reduce the amount of food they throw away and consider composting.
