Hiker injured at Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden

New Haven

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Hamden firefighters rescued an injured hiker at Sleeping Giant State Park Saturday afternoon.

Firefighters say two people were hiking on the Tower Trail when one of them fell and hurt their hip.

The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
