Last year local boxer Louis Rosa was at the Lotus Lounge before he was killed in a car crash; his blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit.

About a decade ago, when this was Utopia 77 Cafe under a different owner and management, two people were killed in a crash involving a Milford officer leaving the scene of a large fight in the parking lot.
Neighbors, business owners and lawmakers are meeting Wednesday to propose solutions for tackling the violence.
Nobody is in custody for the three shootings last week.
