Man accused of making fake threats could face up to life in prison

New Haven

A New Haven man is indicted on federal charges for several threats last year.

51-year-old Gary Gravelle is accused of sending mail with a powdery, white substance inside to public officials and some religious centers in Connecticut.

He’s also accused of sending a letter threatening to kill the President.

If found guilty, Gravelle could face up to life in prison.
