Milford man arrested for burglarizing $8,000 worth of goods from Hamden home

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) - According to police, Hamden Police Department responded on October 15th of this year to a burglary at Guenevere Court. 

An investigation determined that Dustin Ruocco forcibly burglarized the home and had gained entry by breaking the glass inside of a rear door to the home. Once he had gained entry, Ruocco stole "vintage" items totaling approximately $8,000.00.

The court approved an arrest warrant for Dustin Ruocco of 28 Crowley Avenue in Milford and he was arrested on December 6th. 

Ruocco is charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, Larceny in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 1st Degree. 

Ruocco was detained on a court-ordered $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on December 19th.
