NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A New Haven man is accused of breaking into the now-closed Soul De Cuba restaurant downtown and living in it for four days.

Police say, 42-year-old, Louis Ortiz, set up shop there on Saturday. The manager found him sleeping when he checked on the space Tuesday.

Police say Ortiz helped himself to food, liquor, and beer.
