New Haven Mayor Toni Harp to kick off re-election campaign Saturday

New Haven Mayor Toni Harp is preparing her re-election campaign. She will officially kick off her campaign Saturday at Bear’s Smokehouse.

Harp was elected in 2013 and is the city’s first African-American female mayor. She is seeking her fourth term.

Harp’s has named Edward Corey as Campaign Manager for her re-election. Harp said in a statement Corey is the youngest memeber on Torrington’s Board of Education.
