NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — New Haven police are investigating after a body was found Monday morning outside of a soup kitchen.

Officers are still on scene between Chapel Street and State Street.

According to a News 8 crew at the scene, a body is under a sheet outside the soup kitchen.
