New Haven police look to identify robbery suspect

Police in New Haven are looking to identify a robbery suspect.

According to officials, a commercial robbery took place on Monday around 6:00 p.m. at 141 Willow Street.

Authorities said a man walked into the store and demanded the clerk open the cash register.

Police said the suspect acted as if he had a gun and threatened the clerk before receiving the money and fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as being Hispanic and standing approximately 5’6″ with an average build. He had short, dark hair and a thin beard.
