New Haven students learn to make music with unique workshop

New Haven

Some New Haven school kids got a pretty unique music lesson on Monday.

Kids at Davis Street Academy learned how to play like the cast of the hit show, Stomp.

New Haven’s Shubert Theatre has created special Stomp Workshops for New Haven public school students.

The kids learn to make music with ordinary, everyday objects.

Stomp is coming to the Shubert Theatre in April.
