WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — An overturned tractor-trailer crash on I-84 eastbound closed lanes in Waterbury on Friday morning.
According to the Connecticut Department of Transportation, the crash occurred just before 6 a.m. between Exits 23 and 25.
The left and center lanes are closed.
