PD: Shooting investigation underway on Grand Avenue in New Haven

(WTNH) — New Haven Police are investigating a shooting at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Shelter Street Wednesday morning.

Police said there is a male victim who is in critical but stable condition. The incident happened at around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

There was a shooting investigation in the area of Grand Ave. and East Pearl Street Tuesday evening, but the two incidents are not connected.

News 8 has a crew on the scene and will update this story as more information comes in.
