Police: 20-year-old man in critical condition after New Haven shooting

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Police in New Haven are investigating a shooting that’s left a 20-year-old man in the hospital.

Police say the shooting happened on Daggett Street between Congress and Washington Avenues just before 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Police say the victim is in critical condition. Anyone with information is being urged to contact the police department.
