Police investigate shooting in New Haven, 14-year-old injured

New Haven

New Haven Police are investigating several shots fired in the area of Quinnipiac Avenue and Foxon Boulevard.

Police said a 14-year-old male was shot in the leg in a parking lot around 8:30 p.m. on Thursday.

The victim was transported to the hospital in an ambulance with a non-life threatening injury, police said.

Police ask witnesses to call the New Haven Police Department Detective Bureau at 203-946-6304.
