Police investigating two separate vehicle crashes in Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE, Conn. (WTNH) — Police are investigating two separate vehicle crashes in Woodbridge Friday morning.

One crash is on Rt. 69 (Litchfield Turnpike), which was closed for some time, but has since reopened. One occupant was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

The other crash, on the other side of town, is at Rimmon Road. The vehicle went off of the road and crashed. The one occupant was transported to the hospital with injuries; the extent is unknown. There is alternating one-lane traffic flowing on Rimmon Road between Ranch Road and Racebook Road.
