In an effort to help school children get a better night’s sleep, Guilford Public Schools are changing its start times.
The district is pushing back the start of high school classes by 15 minutes.
So instead of starting at 7:25 a.m., school officials say the high school will begin its day at 7:40 a.m. They say the end of the day will be pushed back from 2:08 p.m. to 2:18 p.m.
