A Shelton man is accused of writing a fake inheritance note after the death of his friend.
45-year-old Jorge Ospina was arrested on Tuesday.
His friend died last month. Police found Ospina performing CPR on his friend.
They also found a letter next to the victim that said if he died, he wanted his belongings to go to Ospina.
Police say Ospina wrote the letter. His friend died of natural causes.
