The trial of an East Haven mother accused of killing her two children is back in session.
Testimony resumed on Monday in the case of 39-year-old LeRoya Moore.

Prosecutors said Moore killed her two kids, ages 6 and 7, with an overdose of an over-the-counter anti-histamine back in 2015.
Police said Moore left a note, saying, “I don’t know the reason why, but we were meant to die today.”
Her lawyers are using an insanity defense.
