NORTH HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – Residents of North Haven are now able to see more than the average political lawn sign in their neighborhood.
A drone carrying a poster endorsing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was seen flying in the skies over North Haven Tuesday.
Joseph Visconti, who ran for governor in 2014 and is currently exploring a U.S. Senate run, says he’s using it to push Trump across the state.
Visconti tells News 8 that supporters of Donald Trump were testing the drone on their private property. He says the drone is privately owned and regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The drone reached 60′ in height, according to Visconti.
Officers in North Haven say that they have not received any complaints about the Trump drone from residents.
