Wolcott considers pay-to-play program for sports teams

Commitment, hard work and cash could all be required of student-athletes in Wolcott next year.

The district is debating whether to start a pay-to-play program for its sports teams.

A meeting was being held about the idea in Wolcott on Monday night.

The Board of Education will meet again May 28th where they are expected to vote on this proposal.
