3 drug arrests made in New London

NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTNH) - Three people were arrested on drug charges in New London on Wednesday.

Police say officers assigned to the Quality of Life patrol initiative to address illegal activity in the city arrested three people who were allegedly found with drugs. 

Melissa Crickmore, 29, of New London, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of restricted substance. 

Victoria Marcom, 19, of East Lyme, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell. 

Jermel Jacklin, 37, of no certain address, was also arrested for possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell. 

Police ask anyone with information regarding narcotics or other criminal activity to contact officers at  860-447-5269.
