Detectives from Major Crimes have assumed the untimely death investigation and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
The worker who found the body was shocked.

“That’s when you start thinking about that’s someone’s loved one whether it’s the father, mother, brother, sister whoever it is,” said Mitch Furber with First Light & Power. “Obviously he’s either been lost for a while or just recently and someone’s been looking for him and that’s when it kind of sinks in it hurts a little bit and it becomes surreal cause usually you see dead bodies on TV not right in front of you.”
Police have not released any information regarding the victim’s identity and or the state that the body was found in.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death and to help identify the deceased male.
