Destination Location: News 8 Visits Bozrah

New London

Let’s take a trip to Bozrah: it’s today’s Destination Location on Good Morning Connecticut at 9!

Bozrah was originally part of Norwich and was known as “New Concord” and the “Fourth Society of Norwich” before it was incorporated as a town in 1786. The name comes from the Old Testament of the Bible.

This town of about 2600 people has retained a lot of history and its small-town charm that its longtime residents love.
