A 35-year-old New London man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of possessing with intent to distribute heroin, cocaine and “crack.”

Anthony Whitley was arrested on state charges in March 2017 after a court-authorized search of an apartment in New London connected to Whitley and his nephew, Bashon Whitley.

The search revealed approximately 14.5 grams of heroin, around 27 grams of cocaine, roughly 177 grams of “crack,” items used to process and package drugs for sale on the streets, a .380 caliber semiautomatic handgun, ammunition and $9,180 in cash.

Anthony Whitley is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 23.

Bashon Whitley also pleaded guilty to the same charge on May 30 and is awaiting sentencing.
