Route 214 in Ledyard reopens after serious motorcycle crash

LEDYARD, Conn. (WTNH)–Route 214 has reopened after a serious motorcycle crash Saturday evening.

Ledyard police reported at 7:13 p.m that Route 214 was reopened following a serious motorcycle crash.

According to authorities the serious accident happened on Route 214 near Whalehead Road. Ledyard police reported they had closed the road around 4:19 p.m.
