The owner of Sift Bakery Shop in Mystic has won a national baking competition.
Sift Bakery Shop in Mystic announced on Facebook that its owner, Adam Young, has been crowned the Food Network’s Best Baker in America.
He also appeared and placed second on the network’s Spring Baking Championship last year.

Sift Bakery Shop is nestled right in downtown Mystic on Water Street and opened two years ago. Young has also opened a second location in Watch Hill, Rhode Island.
