Stonington residents voting on single-use plastic ban Thursday night

The Town of Stonington could be the next to do away with single-use plastic

Residents will be voting on Thursday night on a ban for plastic bags and straws

They will also decide on a tax exemption for farming equipment and buildings. 

The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. in the Stonington High School auditorium.
