Production company to hold open casting call for movie production in Connecticut

NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) - Synthetic Cinema International is holding open auditions Saturday to cast roles for a feature film that will be shot in Connecticut this spring.

The Rocky Hill based production company says that they are looking for talented, local Non-Union, SAG Eligible, Fi-Core or AEA performers for various roles for an action/thriller film that will be shooting in the state in late spring.

The auditions are being held on May 18th at the Courtyard by Marriott, at 181 West Town Street, in Norwich from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. It is an open casting call but on a first come, first served basis.

Those auditioning must be 18 years of age or older with prior experience in acting or performance required. You are also asked to prepare a brief monologue or tell a quick personal story or anecdote during the audition.
