Unclaimed Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million in Connecticut

(WTNH) — The Connecticut Lottery is looking for the owner of Mega Millions ticket worth $1 million. Tuesday, May 21st’s national jackpot was worth $367 million dollars.

The winning ticket with numbers: 10-50-55-56-58 was purchased at Ayesha Food Mark located on 1627 Saybrook Road in Haddam.

According to a representative from the Connecticut Lottery:

“The winning ticket holder matched the first five winning numbers 10-50-55-56-58 but missed the Mega Ball number, 15. The Megaplier was 5. (Had the player added the Megaplier feature to their ticket at the time of purchase, they would have multiplied their $1,000,000 prize by 5, for a cool $5,000,000!)”

A total of 10,973 other winning tickets with varying prize totals from Tuesday’s jackpot have been sold in Connecticut as well.

44 states plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Island; a total of 46 juristictions participate in the game.
