Canterbury school district halts school bus fleets for Wednesday morning

Students in the Canterbury School District will have to find their own rides to school on Wednesday.

The superintendent told News 8 she has grounded the district’s entire fleet of school buses.

Dr. Lois DaSilva-Knapton said they’ve had “some administrative issues to work through dealing with registrations.”

The superintendent insists the buses are safe and DOT inspected.

She hopes to clear the issue up by Wednesday afternoon.
