Compliance check in Killingly yields narcotics arrest


KILLINGLY, Conn. (WTNH) — Connecticut State Police have arrested 34-year-old Keith “SILK” Quinones after a compliance check by parole officers resulted in the findings of 100 grams of crack cocaine, a digital scale, packaging materials and a cell phone. 

Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force in partnership with the Connecticut Department of Corrections – Parole Division spotted the bag of crack cocaine in plain sight upon entering the residence.

Police placed Quinones under arrest and have charged him with the following:

  • Possession of Narcotics 21a-279(a)
  • Possession of Narcotics WITS 21a-278(b)
  • Operating a Drug Factory 21a-277(c)

Quinones, who is back in custody of the Connecticut Department of Corrections, is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court on May 15, 2019.
