PUTNAM, Conn. (WTNH) — An overturned tractor-trailer crash closed I-395 South in Putnam on Thursday morning. The highway has since reopened.
The crash was reported just before 9 a.m. between exits 46 and 47.
There is no word if anyone was injured in the crash.
