Brief scare for Bristol’s Central High School after threats made on social media

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — A brief scare for the Bristol school district this weekend.

Social media posts were discovered and circulated about plans to “shoot up” Central High School.

According to Bristol Police, there was no mention of the City of Bristol in the posts and they actually originated from an incident that happened Saturday in Saint Joseph, Missouri where three kids were arrested for threatening to shoot up that city’s Central High School.
