East Hartford Police investigate after man shot at store

EAST HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH)– Police are investigating after a man was shot at a food store in East Hartford, overnight Thursday.

Police say the shooting happened at around 1:13 a.m. at the Krauszer’s Food Store at 468 Main Street.

According to police, there was a verbal argument which led to a man being shot in the leg.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. His identity has not been released.

There is no word on any suspects or arrests made at this time. However, police did release surveillance photos from the store of suspects that they are looking to identify.

The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with any information regarding this incident is urged to call detectives at 860-291-7541.
