A Bristol man was arrested for voyeurism Friday after allegedly trying to take pictures of a woman in a changing room at a South Windsor store.

Police say that 24-year-old Rick Martin was arrested on a warrant for charges that stem from an August 2018 incident at an Old Navy store on Buckland Road.

The store’s staff reported that Martin was trying to take pictures of a woman in a changing room. When he was confronted, Martin allegedly ran into nearby woods.

Officers had searched the area extensively but were unable to find Martin. He was later identified from surveillance video and an arrest warrant was obtained.

Martin was charged with risk of injury, breach of peace and voyeurism. He was held on a $35,000 bond.
