Santos then appeared before a New Haven judge for a supervised release violation hearing where he was sentenced to six months of imprisonment followed by an additional 24 months of supervised release.

As U.S. Marshals were walking Santos out of the courtroom, Santos allegedly looked at his supervising U.S. Probation Officer and stated, “When I get out, I’m coming for you.”

An investigation revealed Santos made additional threats while incarcerated.

On Monday, Santos was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
