Police: New Haven woman robbed in Hamden

HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Police are searching for two suspects after officials say a woman was robbed in Hamden.

According to police, on Jan. 26 around 9:30 p.m., a 29-year-old New Haven woman parked her vehicle on Valley Road.

The woman stated that four men were sitting in a “dark-colored sedan” that was parked in the area. Two men then allegedly exited the vehicle wearing masks and approached the victim, demanding her belongings.

Police say the men grabbed a bag “containing old clothing” and fled the scene.
