The Plainfield Police Department arrested a Plainfield man on Friday who allegedly had possession of cocaine with an intent to sell.
According to Plainfield officers, police had an active arrest warrant for a Plainfield man. Police say the suspect David L. Rivera, 25 of Plainfield, came to the Plainfield Police Department to “inquire some information regarding a pending case” and was then placed under arrest.
Police arrested Rivera at approximately 12:07 a.m. on Friday.
Rivera was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, reckless endangerment, among other charges. Rivera was held on a $175,000 court set cash or surety bond pending his arraignment in court on Friday.
