SHELTON, Conn. (WTNH) — A Shelton man is facing charges after police say he sexually assaulted a teenage girl for years.
Police say that 37-year-old, Pawel Dabrowski, knew the victim and the abuse began when the girl was 10-years-old.
Dabrowski is charged with three counts of sexual assault and is being held on $250,000.00 bond.
