Seymour man charged with murder in fatal New Haven shooting

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) - A Seymour man was charged with murder Tuesday after allegedly shooting another man to death in New Haven last week.

Police say that 32-year-old James M. Tobin was arrested in the murder of 28-year-old Thomas Hart, previously of Milford

New Haven police confirm that Tobin is the owner of Tobin's Pizza in Waterbury.

Hart was shot and killed on Congress Avenue, at Redfield Street, last Tuesday. 

Tobin was held on a $2 million bond.
