A Bridgeport elementary school dismissed early on Wednesday due to a broken water pipe.

According to school officials, students at Thomas Hooker Elementary School were dismissed at 11:00 a.m.

Officials said there is flooding in the school due to the broken pipe.

At this time, it is not known how long repairs will take.

No injuries from the incident have been reported.
