There will be a discussion in Hartford Friday morning on the pros and cons of regionalizing schools here in Connecticut.

The group “Education Reform Now CT” will hold an informational forum on the benefits of the idea.

They say it would improve economic efficiency and equity and allow for open choice.

State and city leaders are slated to take part in the forum that begins in at 10 a.m. in the Connecticut Legislative Office Building.
